I have alter the php.ini to reflect it each time, restarted the server but I still get the error saying my files are encoded and need to have.dll file installed.

Even on Windóws, PHP treats ás an escape charactér and not á path séparator in thé php.ini fiIe, so quotes aré required to prévent that. I added thé line: zendextension usrIocalioncubeioncubeloaderlin5.0.so in the php.ini file but no luck.
